Our employees have joined together to make the Christmas holidays a little more beautiful for families in need. Colleagues working directly in production raised more than 100,000 HUF, from which they bought durable food. This was handed over to the Fejér County Organization of the Hungarian Red Cross, who carry out the distribution.

 As part of the „shoe box" promotion, colleagues and their children offered 21 boxes of toys, small cars and plush toys to children in difficult situations.

Within the framework of the career orientation day organized by the Fejér County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, H.T.M. Zrt. was given the opportunity to show the mechanical engineering sector to the pupils and help them choosing a career.

H.T.M. Zrt. was represented in the 8th "Let's children get to know the professions" competition, organized by the Fejér County Chamber of Commerce and Industry on October 20.

The aim is for students playfully learn about the professions and to measure their skills and knowledge. The competitors got various tasks, which they performed very skillfully.

At the end of the competition, the prize could not be missed, the participants could return home with gifts thanks to sponsors.

The colleagues from H.T.M. Zrt. also took part in the renovation of the fence of the elementary school “Táncsics Mihály” in Székesfehérvár on the volunteer day of the “KÉPES” program.

"KÉPES" program is the partnership of companies in Székesfehérvár, which help the renewal of schools with their contribution.

We hope that when the autumn holidays return, the students will be happy to see that their school continues to be more pretty.

Due to the Corona situation, there were only limited possibilities to organize joint programs last year.

At the same time, it is very important to create opportunities for entertainment outside of work. On the afternoon of September 24, 2021, the employees were able to take part in a lunch together to mark the 29th anniversary of HTM. Early in the morning, our colleagues start preparing delicacies, including goulash, roasted meat and sausages.

Before lunch, János Pándi (CEO) evaluated the last time, spoke about the developments, investments and future plans. Afterwards, the former CEO, Zoltán Egerszegi, also welcomed the participants.

The highlight of the day was the electric scooter handover to the employees.

H.T.M. Zrt. renew and enlarge its machine park. Two new Hermle C 42 U dynamic machines were purchased in September and the commisioning is in progress.

H.T.M. Zrt. bought 15 electric scooters for employees for daily commute to work.

H.T.M. Zrt. is committed to environmental awareness and intends to continue to do so in the future.

Today we took part in a Dual Roadshow at the Széchenyi István Technical School in Székesfehérvár. We are pleased to have been invited to the event. The cooperation between our company and the school dates back a long time. Every year students from this school come to do their internship with us.

During the day, students from different classes visited our stand. We showed them the opportunities that our company offers them and tried to give them an insight into the life of HTM.

We hope that they have gained experience and are interested in joining our team.

This school year has also started in our training center. We are pleased that students from the Váci Mihály Technical School and the Széchenyi István Technical School have chosen our training. We hope that our students will gain many experiences and adventures over the years.
