One of our key competences is the production of moulds for pallets, folding boxes and crates, up to 2,000 x 2,200 mm and 17,000 kg.

We also have many years of experience in the manufacture of tool housings, mould inserts, tool elements, guide posts, measuring and clamping devices, as well as in the execution of sub-tasks (e.g. longitudinal drilling).

Our state-of-the-art machines allow us to manufacture a wide range of products using different machining technologies (milling, spark cutting, ...). The continuous development and improvement of our technology is achieved in collaboration with our tooling suppliers.

Research and development
For decades, we have been continuously developing our expertise in the machining of special materials, be it ceramic coatings or super alloys. We are capable of machining either Rene, N2M or drilling through ceramic coating.
We have special machines and technologies in place to do this.
